Isn’t it strange that drones become auto deactivated in financial hubs around the world, yet strategic military installations leave their planes all neatly parked in a row waiting for an enemy attack.
Sounds like another date which will live in world history as a day of infamy all over again some 83 years later.
I don’t remember where I read it, but the reason they are left out is mission readiness. So that they can get into the sky as quickly as possible when called upon. Not that they have to wait till tractors or whatever haul them out of protective storage.
Nope. They’re bound by nuclear treaty obligations.

That was also mentioned in the previous article I read. But I suspect that Russia will scrap that in the future.

ADD: On the other hand. Those “bears” are comparatively slow, loud as hell and have the radar cross section of a flying mountain.
