I accidentally typed a keyboard shortcut and this window popped up. What is it?

I was working in a Scrivener 3.2 Catalina 10.15.7 project called Computer Issues … and I accidentally typed a keyboard shortcut (don’t know which one). The window below appeared. I was wondering what it corresponds to and how it is used.

That’s the Bookmarks pane. See Section 10.3 in the manual for more information.
