The serial number does not to work when installing the program on a second Mac. I’ve contacted the LL team on separate occasions in the past days, but no one has responded. Can you help?
Are you sure you are installing the same version on the new Mac? The default downloaded version is now Scrivener 3, and the license format has changed between version 2 and version 3.
Having the same problem. Been using my macbook and iMac for years. Hoping there is a quick fix.
