I can't get the introduction video to play

Hi There,

I really would like to watch the introduction video, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Do you have another location for it? Or is there anyway I could be sent the video via yousendit or something like that?

It would be much appreciated!

Strange, I just tested it and it worked fine. Have you tried downloading it? Just ctrl-click on the link and select “Download” - it’s just a QuickTime file, but maybe it’s just taking a while to stream?

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I had thought about downloading the video, but when I click on the image I’m not given a download option, which is why I was hoping you had another location for it. I’m not sure where to find the link that you’re referring to, I’ve been clicking on the image in the video page. I’ve also checked to see if my QuickTime is up-to-date and have adjusted my streaming settings. I think if I can download it I’ll be able to play it on something else.

Please could you let me know where I would be able to find the link so that I can download the video?

Hi,

Just control-click on the link (the image) to bring up your browser’s contextual menu, which should give you the option of downloading.

Great! Glad you got it going! The others are all available on YouTube as David is on the ball, but I created the first tutorial one and never uploaded it anywhere else.
