I can't run tutorial after installing Trial Version on Windows 10

I just downloaded the trial version on my Windows 10 desktop. It went smoothly, until I tried to do the first tutorial project. It won’t let me pick a folder on my computer to place it. I have tried 5 or 6 totally different places, and no luck.

What should I try next?

Check your antivirus and make sure Scrivener is allowed to write to your disk.

I uninstalled the program and then re-installed it. I did everything the same way as the first time, and this time it works! Thanks for your tip!
