I found a bug，It prompts “No PostScript name for font family”

When I tried to open the software, it flashed back.
The log file displays the following content:

In addition, the following warning message also appeared:
“Warning: libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile”.
This message has been sent more than twenty times.

If you go to File > Options > General > Warnings, do you see the box next to “Show internal log console” ticked? If so, unticking it should have Scrivener stop showing that log window while you’re working.

You’ll need to restart Scrivener to have that setting change take effect.

I’ll see those same warnings on my PC if I happen to enable that setting.

Sorry，Maybe I didn’t express myself clearly.
What I mean is that after the software is installed, it cannot be opened.
Then I ran ScrivenerLog.bat and the log file displayed the above content.

Those are fairly typical warnings that my PC also displays, even when working correctly.

I’d recommend opening a help ticket by sending an email to: windows.support@literatureandlatte.com. That will allow you to send that log file while also protecting any private data that the log file might include.

We can review it and offer some troubleshooting tips there.
