Other posters are ordinary users, doing their best to offer helpful suggestions. They do not have access to either the Scrivener source code or your computer, and so their suggestions may not always provide the answers you seek. It is generally best to attribute this to the limitations of the medium, rather than to incompetence or actual malice on their part.
Just people trying to help.
We don’t always have the answer right off. But we still, by experience with the software, know where to look for it.
That, probably clear to anyone now, is not an issue we personally ever had to deal with.
I’m bothered by being told I have my answer “loud and clear” by Vicent in response to me asking the developer additional questions. Vicent does not get to decide when I’m done asking questions.

Of course, I have great respect for people like you who wake up one morning and write like Steven King, have it in their genes, so to speak, know everything better from birth and don’t have to go through learning curves to get better. Just FYI, I wrote 20 Books with 400+ pages without GPTs help and illustrated them with self modeled renders so far. The AI stuff is pretty new, first availabe in November last year - but you know what? I do enjoy it.
Sorry, but your level is way too low for ChatGPT. The AI wants to talk in a civilized and above all witty way. You don’t meet any of the criteria at the moment.
Oh yeah, in the way you interact with other people you don’t even know and come up with other ideas as they come to you, you’re certainly authentic. You’ve proven that many times.
