Hi all,
I’m sort of new to this forum and hoping to find a place to call my writer home. 
In regards to my writing history or why I would like to believe I am a writer, I started the writing journey some 3 - 4 years ago when I was helping my mother who got sick quickly with getting her book in progress to publication and printing. Since then, at her request, I also published and printed her third and final book. It was a labour of pure hardcore love. I was a mixed media artist, not a writer.
Bring her last book to fruition was also intense therapy for me. Fast forward a year from the publication and I’ve decided and I’ve been asked by my son to write my own stories.
I’m trying and even though I currently know only a little about it, I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me in this arena.
