And isn’t it ridiculous that from all his books - so far - I can only quote this:

P’rhaps not, when coupled with him asking Adele to become his widow. Probably enough to define the man, Iain (M.)Banks. Or at least his sense of humour in general, does.
Lets hope that what time they have, can be a happy and precious time for them.
