Icons not shown in header and footer

I’ve just fired up Scrivener and am going through the Tutorial.

Some icons in the header and footer bar are not shown or shown only when moused over.

For example:
In the inspector, only the icon holding focus is seen. The other icons only appear when moused over.

That could be based on current theme. This can make icons in the Inspector hard to see.

And if you’re using one of the default themes, I would run a quick uninstall/install cycle. Perhaps all of the resources did not copy correctly the first time.
