If I use a new computer, what is the process to transfer my entire writing process in Scrivener to a new computer? How do I make sure all my files are there and I can continue where I left off?

L&L has an article about how to move scrivener to a new computer. I suggest that you also backup each project to a zip file and then can be extracted into a new project folder on your new computer

If you have a choice, don’t dispose of the old computer until you’ve confirmed everything has transferred to the new one successfully.
