If the five recently used icons could be fitted with a keyboard shortcut of 1,2,3,4, and 5, it would be possible to change an icon using Alt+D,H,#.
Since I use the ticked and unticked icons, and colored flags for visual clues to the state of sections, it would be easier for me to update the icon by keyboard than by using the mouse to click through the menu.
