Image Code and ToC links

I don’t know if this is a bug or if I just don’t know how this works. I use images as my chapter headers. There is no title text appearing in the chapter, but I would like the ToC to link to “Chapter One”, etc.

In the old scrivener I did this by compiling as-is, with images at the top of the text, and I would have to manually name each scene “Chapter One” etc. Which was a huge pain in the butt, but the ToC would link to Chapter One, opening to a scene with an image header.

In this beta version of Scrivener, the same method just prints the title of my project over and over in the contents. Like this:

I’m using the image code like this, which works great.

But is there a way to fix my table of contents? Or is this a bug?

I tried to do a simpler compile. In this one, I have the follow title code (and no images):

And Scrivener outputs this to mobi format:

EDIT: Oh, I should note I didn’t tell the compiler to print the scene title. Just the title prefix and body text only.

One last update. I tried to create a custom ToC using a tutorial. That didn’t work. I’m going to assume this feature is just not functional yet.

Hm. I guess this should be called “NCX ToC not working”,
