Image insert issue

I’m trying to insert an image to a document that has text. Each time I insert the PNG, it suddenly inserts the image and 2Tabs in front of several of the text lines.

I have attached a screen shot. Can you help?

If I create a new document, this problem doesnt occur.

My issue is that I just imported an entire 600 page course into scrivener through importing individual DOCX files and I need to be able to edit and add images. I’m not sure why this is occurring?

My guess is that some list formatting is lingering there - that can happens in the OS X text system sometimes. Try selecting all of the text and then select “Lists” from the ruler (cmd-R to show the ruler if it isn’t visible) and then click on “None”.
