In-Line Titles?

Is it possible to format a title so that it is the first few words of the paragraph? See below for example.

[indent] This is the title. This is the first sentence of the paragraph. This is another sentence. This is the first sentence of the paragraph. This is another sentence.This is the first sentence of the paragraph. This is another sentence.This is the first sentence of the paragraph. In the compile formatting pane, select “Section Layout” for the relevant section type in the table and tick the option to “Insert title as run-in head” under Title Appearance. The title will use whatever character formatting you apply in compile but will use the text’s ruler settings.
