In Outline mode, when using Incident Date, the date is shown in MM/DD/YY format. When you open the popup window to enter the date/time, it is possible to enter a date before the current century (e.g., 1945, 1832). Because the date format only shows the last two digits of the year, you cannot tell if the full date (e.g., 1832, 1932, 2032). The user should be able to choose a format that shows all four digits of the year.
The “shortness” of the date responds to the column width, which you can change.
(This also affects the input field width.)
