Index card title (and synopsis) size

Hey, I tried to look for this in the forum, but (to my surprise) I didn’t find it. Sorry if it was.

I’d like to reduce index cards font size on the iPad version. I saw that I can reduce the cards themselves by pinching, but as the titles keep their size, it’s quite hard to use. I looked into both in-app settings and ios settings’ settings, but it seems this doesn’t exist.

Titles size would be the biggest need, but if we could also change the text below it, whether it’s synopsis or document content, life would be good.

Nobody else feel this is needed? Or I missed an iOS accessibility setting?
