Index cards: Changing the colour of status stamps

When I use View > Corkboard Options > Status Stamps, the contrast of the stamps themselves I can’t actually tell what they say. Is there a way to fix this? I looked through File > Options > Appearance > Index Cards but did not see an option.

In Options->Appearance->Corkboard adjust the Status Stamp opacity higher.
