I just purchased the bundle for Windows and Mac. I cannot find any customer service. The download button does not work. That site directed me to another website and that website does not have any way to download my product either. I cannot find any way to contact customer service on any of the websites. Is there someone out there who can help me? Thank you in advance.
At the bottom of Literature & Latte’s “Buy Now” pages is a link to a Contact Us page which includes a message form you can fill and various email contact addresses.

In what way does the download button fail to work? For it to redirect to an amazonaws.com address is expected – we use Amazon Web Services as our download host – but it should be pretty seamless from there.

In rare cases the link to the download mirror will not work, typically on a regional basis which seldom lasts for longer than a few hours to a day at most. If you’d rather not wait for the Internet to heal itself (and I get that!) then just drop us a line and we’ll send you an alternative download link that should work.
