Hi everyone!
Moments ago I did Insert > Current Date and Time and this is what it gave me:
YYYY-06-DD , 13:47:47
So it is only giving the correct time and the month.
Can anyone explain this? How can it be fixed?

Hi
No caps
yyyy dd
. . . . . . .
It (your failed output) also hints at the fact that, as can be seen in my screenshot, you can add extra content at will in the dedicated date and time setup field. (I for myself have brackets and slashes.)
Excellent! Many thanks! I really only wanted to use it for my French journal and I like using this date format because it is consistent with how I name files, how Zotero works with dates in my research for my book, and so on.
Also, I don’t like slashes because it confuses me. I know the UK uses that but as an American we don’t use that order… except in the military.
I really appreciate the help and do not remember setting it up that way, but I must’ve done it at some point. Again, I am so thankful you were able to help me.
