I haven’t double-checked, but I’m pretty sure the workaround has not changed: if the fields are backwards, then put the numbers into the right fields, regardless of what they are called. 
Also you might want to update the bug report, if you have a condition that wasn’t fixed—but it will need some detail given, into your setup, as a few simple tests reveal no obvious flaws to me.
