Inspector won't open in fullscreen mode [BUG LOGGED]

I click on the button and nothing happens…is this something that hasn’t been implemented yet? If so, it should be highlighted in the tutorial

Definitely should be working. In fact it seems to be working a little too well in that it persists even after full screen is escaped. Do you have any unusual system setups going on? Multiple monitors; virtual desktops; that sort of thing.

Ok, what seems to be happening is that when I have a text file selected and enter full screen, inspector opens just fine. When I have a folder selected, however, inspector won’t open in full screen. The keywords will, but not the inspector.

Also, twice now scrivener has crashed when I

  1. edit something in the synopsis, notes, or keywords
  2. press the full screen button

No, this is definitely a bug with folder selected and entering fullscreen and inspector doesn’t launch.

Adding to fix list now.

I couldn’t get the editing of notes, or keywords to crash in fullscreen though? Can you provide some more detail on that pelase?

Lee

I don’t know that there’s any more detail that I can give you. I was playing around with things, typing synopses into different kinds of documents, adding keywords, etc. and then going in and out of full screen to see if the inspector would work. As i was doing that, the program crashed twice. It may have just been a one time thing?

Still a bug? I’m finding it won’t open in either the windows version or linux. I’ve tried using the button, I"ve tried ctrl-shift-i in fullscreen mode. (version 1.9 for both)

Edit: yeah, I did have a folder selected while switching into fullscreen.
