I purchased v1 of scrivener after the deadline date in 2016, so I’m eligible for the free upgrade to the most recent version. I followed the directions to get the upgrade and got to the popup you’re supposed to get to, and it has a thing that says about getting the upgrade for free and there’s a button to push that says “buy now”, and when I do a small screen pops up that says scrivener in the top bar but otherwise it’s completely blank, and I’m guessing something more is supposed to happen when you click on it. so I’m at a loss for how to get the upgrade. does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
