Item that I cannot delete

Hi,

I have an item in my binder (the main binder) that I just cannot delete. I can rename it, but cannot put it in the trashcan.

Further, if I click “Project Targets” then the name of that same file is listed at the top. If I change the name of the file, then the name in project targets also changes.

What is this file?

There are three unremovable folders in a Scrivener project: Draft, Research. and Trash.
