Javascript in Webpages taken as a note

Hi,

I found only two years-old entries for that, so I take the freedom to start another topic.

Is it still the case, that Web-Pages added from some URL cannot utilize JavaScript?

I wanted to integrate the research that I collect with Evernote and get

Scrivener is best seen as an HTML viewer, not a true browser, and it does not support JavaScript. Depending on what you are trying to do, you can either open the document directly in Evernote, or export it from Evernote into a different format.
