He makes some interesting points, including a claim that today’s writers don’t need to be as descriptive of places as they once were. Today’s people have been more places.

I totally agree with the fact that today’s authors don’t have to be as descriptive as the writers of the 20th century. Also, John Steinbeck is an amazing writer and I love Of Mice and Men.
