Just a bit feedback and one issue about tables

After writing more than 600-800 A4 pages to research something in the last month I think I have a solid basic foundation about your awesome product. This is +the+ tool to write anything I need. I have absolute no trouble exporting, writing, keeping everything under control.

There is just one issue if I copy/paste tables from HTML documents many times the table looks good after paste but if I save the document, stop scrivener, restart/reload the document the table columns are defect, first colum is too wide, others are sitze of 1-2 characters. If I do some research and copy/paste tables from chatgpt, most of them are destroyed after save/close program, restart, reload → faulty. Due to time issues I cannot give you more details, the only thing I hope that someone confirms this problem or maybe you are already aware of it. My time is very very limited.
(OS: OSX/WIN the same problem)

You are awesome, scrivener is really great.

I confirm.
Pasting as-is off of the internet is never really a good idea.
It is highly recommended to paste in plain text. ⮚ Edit / Paste and Match Style.
(It doesn’t work for tables, but the argument is no less valid : pasting in content from elsewhere as-is in your project will cause formatting conflicts and issues whenever it can.)

As for your columns, at this point the fix is to restore/give them proper % at the bottom of the table edit panel. From there on they’ll remain presentable.

If you don’t need the content to be copy/pastable, the simplest option is to screenshot them tables instead (off of the webpage), right from the start.
