I have this problem too. I can get the comments and annotations to compile as margin comments but not inline with markers. they just disappear. Also it would be great if there were separate options for comments and inline annotations.

You’ve posted in the Mac forum, when you should have posted in the Windows Beta Testing forum. I don’t know what the status of compile is in Beta 15, but the last time I read, the interface was established but not all the features were operative. This may be one of them.
