Hi, I’m new here and excited about buying Scrivener. Can anyone tell me whether Scrivener works on a Kindle Fire 7 HD tablet?

You will find technical requirements for Windows on the main homepage in the sidebar. At this time Scrivener is a full computer program, and there is no “app” version of it for tablets and phones. This will not always be the case, but it will be a while before we have a version for Android (and thus no way to say if it would even theoretically work on a proprietary derivative of Android like Fire).
Alas, I’m sorry to realize it’s been months since I’ve opened Scrivener. And these days it’s mostly been so I can transfer my WIPs to a program that will run on all my devices. When I drop in on the local writing group, everyone is on tablets and sharing info on the latest apps for their tablets. I love Scrivener and would love to go back to using it. But it leaves me chained to using a laptop and means I can’t access my writing on the majority of devices. I feel like I’ve lost a friend, but a rather agoraphobic friend who won’t travel with me to see the world.
