Hi this may be a dumb question. I purchase the version of scrivener using my edu account to get the student discount, but I forgot the numbers at the end and therefore, do not have access to license that was supposedly sent. The email does not exist that it was sent to. I’ve tried to message support multiple times over the past week but each time I do, the mail delivery system sends an auto response that means my email didn’t get through. I’m at my wits ends because I have the paypal receipts for the purchase, but I can’t reach anybody regarding the license issue.

Been trying to contact support, keep getting emails saying “returned to sender” - need help getting scrivener back. Had it on my old computer, bought it off amazon back in 2018. Have a new computer now.
So if someone from Literature and Latte could contact me, I would very much appreciate it

Thats the form I used. Tried it again, and again I get an email saying it didn’t go through.
I’ve merged this thread with an identical topic in discussion right now. Do note that if you can’t get email working, you can create an account in the help desk page, and create a discussion right on the site itself. This is where you would review your historic tickets as well.
