[LH2781] 2.9.0.1 Crash View Collections ++

Brand new user of Scrivener here. Here is how to reproduce the bug:

  1. Open Scrivener, File | new project, blank template, give it a name, click Create
  2. Ctrl+Shift+9 or View and click Collections
  3. Click the + sign right of “Collections” once, and then a second time.
  4. The second time, Scrivener crashes, disappears, and is gone until you restart it.

I’m looking forward to learning and using Scrivener.

FYI, I was able to recreate this crash on an existing project as well.
