To reproduce: click on red icon for Project bookmarks. In the popup, the title and synopsis of every other row is blank. Same issue if I open project bookmarks in a Quick Reference windos.

This is a bug introduced due to changes for Dark Mode. If you switch to Dark Mode, this should be fine. Obviously this is a bug, which I have filed in our bug tracking system. Thanks for reporting this, SteveCarterFrogstory!
