[LH3595] Any way to have copyholder open in bottom of editor by default?

I frequently have my right editor in Outline view, and want to see the file I click on in the outline show up in the copyholder at the bottom. When I right click on the filename and say open in copyholder, it always opens at the editor, which means I always have to right click and tell it to move to the bottom. Is there any way to set this as the default?

It should be remembering this, but currently is not. I’ve filed this as a bug and updated the title of this thread with the ticket number.
