After Scrivener for Windows is out, I will not need my copy of Scrivener 1.X for Mac any longer. I looked into the license, but am actually not sure if I am permitted to sell it on eBay and/or pass it on as a gift to a (1) friend who owns a Mac. Any clarification would be appreciated.
Hmm, that’s a good question, I’m not even sure of that—though I’m responding primarily to point out that a 1.x licence isn’t going to be worth much by the time the Windows version is out, with 2.0 having been out for nearly half a year or so.
The licence is tied to your name so it’s not really transferrable.
