My previous computer was stolen (it was a Mac), and I got a new one (windows). I bought the new platform from Mac to Windows, and I got it installed, but no previous projects were recovered, so it seems that it’s completely empty. I unfortunately don’t have access to my previous projects, as my computer was stolen. Is there any way that I can recover my work? 
There is no Scrivener “cloud.” That is, the only backups of your work are those that you yourself made.
Did you use iCloud, Dropbox, or a similar service on the old computer? A backup service like Carbonite? Those would be the places to look.

Or do you have a Time Machine backup of your old Mac? You would need access to another Mac to get to it, though.
