M3 Macbook Pro will not download Scrivener [from email download link]

Hi,

I have Scrivener on my older Mackbook Pro (2015), but my new Mac will not allow the program to download from my email. It says Unconfirmed Download.

I’m using the Download link from the email when I first purchased Scrivener in 2020.

Any ideas how to achieve a successful download?

Also check your security settings. Your new Mac may be configured to only download from the App Store.
