Hi, I’m in the process of creating a book of my comics. The finished book will be 8 1/2 x 11 in landscape mode. I can compile a PDF document into the landscape format but is there a way to work in landscape mode?
Much appreciated.

You can set both the Editor window and the virtual “page” to whatever dimensions you want.
To resize the Editor window, just drag it. Use the Format → Paragraph → Tabs and Indents pane to set the right and left indents. To change the page size, use the File → Page Setup pane.
Remember, however, that Scrivener is not WYSIWYG and has very limited layout tools. It’s not the tool to use for final formatting of something like a comic.
Not WYSIWYG, ok. I had already set it for landscape in File > Page Setup but it doesn’t show that way on screen but will in Compile PDF.
