Yes, log in it and fetch the files.

But first, make sure it isn’t Dropbox.
You have to make sure your project folder(s) is/are available offline. (If you end up changing a setting to make it so, give it a few minutes, to be sure all of your files had time to completely download.)
If that doesn’t return things to normal, go have a look in your OneDrive.

I logged in to one drive online and found a file named scrivener.lnk. I didn’t even know I had one drive. I’ve never used it intentionally. So, now the file is saved to my desktop. What should I do with it?
