I feel like I’m missing something obvious and am silly for asking this question, but I am trying to figure out how to set the margins the way I need them to be. I’m using Scrivener to write my PhD dissertation, and I need to be able to format my works cited so that when it prints on letter size paper with one-inch margins, I can have correct indentation of each citation according to MLA format (first line flush with margin, all others tabbed in once). What’s the simplest way to set this up? Thanks.
Have you had a look at our MLA template, in the Non-Fiction section? This should have everything all set up the way you will need. There is a help guide at the top of the binder explaining how to use the template. You can either adopt the settings in your ongoing project, or just create a new one from the template and drag what you have from the existing project into it.
