Missing dashed lines in TOC

Hi!

I tried to compile ePub,
but the dashed line is missing in TOC

[Book Title]
1 -
2 -
3 -
4 -
.
.
.

The original chapter title is - No - (- 1 -, - 2 -, - 3 -, …)

Is it a bug?
