Missing TOC when I upload to KDP

The Table of Contents shows fine when I open the epub with kindle previewer but when I upload the epub to KDP the TOC is gone. Never had this problem in over a dozen books.

ver: 3.1.5.1 for windows

Looked at the code w/ Sigil and don’t see anything obvious:

Contents

  1. Copyright
  2. Other Books
    3. etc

Never Mind. It’s working now. Looks like a passing KDP issue.
