More 'active' page count view

Is there a more ‘active’ way to view page count? Similar to how you might view your page count in a Word document if you inserted the page count on the bottom of each page?

Or - is it possible to add a Page count view at the bottom where you see “Words:” and “Chars:”?

I know the Project Stats feature - just wondering if there’s an even quicker way to keep constant tabs on it?

If you view the document in Page View (View -> Page View -> Show Page View), you’ll see a page count down at the bottom with the word and character counts.

Like the word and character counts, the page count will only include the currently selected document(s).
