Move a text file from one project to a different project

There’s probably a simple way to do this, but I tried (and failed) with Export, and with Cut and Paste. Please, what command do I use to move a 43 page text file from one Scrivener project to a different (newer) Scrivener project? I had updated the text file I’m trying to move in an older project, and now all my newer files (except the one I’m trying to move) are in the new project.

You can open both projects in Scrivener, select the documents you want to move and drag them from one project Binder to the other.

Or if you want to keep it in both projects, right click on it and select Copy to project and just select the position in the project you want to copy to. You can then select move to Trash if you decide to delete it from the old project.

The Scrivener User Manual has the whole enchilada (or plate of fish-and-chips, if you prefer) on this.

Section 6.3.4 “Moving and Copying Things Around," particularly on p. 104 “Copying Files and Folders Between Projects.”
