In my opinion moving an item out of a collection shouldn’t move your viewpoint out of the collection and into the binder.
You can just hit delete to move something out of a collection, or use the minus button in the collections header bar.
I should have stated this better. If you are viewing collection C which shows an item in folder A then moving that item to folder B while still continuing to view C.
Ah, I see what you mean now - I think you are talking about Move To, correct? (Might have helped had you specified that.
