Whenever I open a scrivener file, I get a prompt telling me I need to purchase Scrivener before my time expires… I have already purchased scrivener. Please help.
Did you purchase Scrivener from us directly, or from the Apple App Store?
If you purchased from us, you should have received a license key, which you can use to register.
If you purchased from Apple, you’ll need to install using the App Store software. Our trial version doesn’t know about Apple purchases.
