Hi, I have Scivener installed on two computers. One is dying a slow death and I need to replace it. I was sure I saved my registration key, but can’t find it. 
Do I have any options rather than purchases it new? And, if I buy it, do I need to re-install it on both computers?

…and you can use it on a few of your computers, so no need to buy more licenses for yourself.
You might have already been able to retrieve your registration info, but if not, or for anyone else curious about this, you don’t have to email anyone as long as you can access the registry of your computer.
Open regedit.exe and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Scrivener\Scrivener\Registration.
This will show you the Registration Serial Number and the Registration Name. This is much faster than waiting for a reply from customer service.
Of course, this all depends on you having a working computer, but since you said you have 2, I’m guessing there would be no problem.

OK, this is going to sound dumb, but I can’t figure out how to re-download the program, or anywhere to enter the serial number. I only see the page to buy it. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place? I went to the main page and then to Products.

In the upper right corner, click on “Free Trial” or “Download for Windows”.
I updated to 3.0 and it is prompting me for my Serial Number Name and Serial Number. Where do I find this information on an iMac or MacBook Pro computer?
This is the Windows forum. Try the Mac one. Besides, you are reopening a 2 years old thread. May have better luck if you open a new one.
The much more helpful answer is that this is not OS specific. Scrivener is looking for your scrivener serial number name and serial number. Both are found in the email receipt that you received when you bought the programme
