New test build throws XML error on attempted save

Thanks for the late beta. It can currently resolve the issues mentioned in the opened inspector.
However, this version couldn’t allow me

  1. to save any file by throwing this error “There was a problem creating the XML data”.
  2. to close any file with the error “Scapple quit unexpectedly”.

My workaround is to uninstall it, and install the Scapple 1.5.1.

We would need specific data to be able to see what is going on with the files you tried to save. If it is something you can send to technical support, or PM it to me here on the forum, I could take a look at it.

If it is not a particular file, if you can make a new empty board and it throws an error when trying to save it, then I would first recommend resetting your preferences, maybe something went wrong with them in the OS update, or the test build.

Never mind, I do see it now. I had the wrong beta running before, but I can see it with this specific build without any special steps or data.
