Very new to this, so excuse how basic this is. I noticed that when I am working with the screenplay project and have it highlighted, and click on new text, there is no screenplay formatting. The card for the first scene is yellow but the new one is white and I can’t see anything on the footer to tell my why they are different?
The one that is white is set to be a standard text document.
Scriptwriting files/documents are the yellow ones.
To create a new script, use ctrl-N when you currently have one as selected in the binder.
Likewise, having a normal document selected in the binder and using ctrl-N will create a standard document.
To convert a document from one mode to another, use Ctrl-8.
