New update 3.5 issues [with cursor jumping to beginning of document on edit]

When I delete a space or even a word in my document, the curser shoots up to the beginning of the document every time, this just happened when I updated Scriveners to 3.5

Are you on Intel or Apple Silicon? Which version of the operating system?

I have seen this, but elsewhere than Scrivener, as well as Scrivener, so it may be the system.

It would be best to completely describe the conditions under which this happens. A good common ground for doing so is the interactive tutorial, in the Help menu, as we all have that and can follow along with your instructions. For example, selecting one of the subsections by name, turning on Scrivenings, switching to Full Screen, and deleting a word somewhere within the editor, down to precisely which word.
