Hello,
I’m a new Scrivener user, which I purchased to help create my first self-published ebook. In that regard, I had a few questions:
-
I’ve had an illustrator create a custom graphic to head each of my book’s chapters. It seems that Scrivener wants to print the chapter’s title at the top of the page, above my graphic. It also seems that if I try to remove the title by unchecking “title” in the formatting of the compile options, I can’t generate a table of contents. Is there a solution to this problem?
-
The first line of paragraphs are being indented, which I like. However, the intent is barely perceptible in the MOBI and EPUB compiles. How can I increase this, without overriding my entire document formatting in the compile section?

In Pages, I have document dimension settings (top, right, left & bottom), and I’ve found these in my Scrivener setup. What I haven’t found, however, is header and footer margin settings, like I have in Pages. As a consequence, if I specify a header or footer content in Scrivener, it’s getting printed on top of my book’s content. I can’t figure out how to fix that.
Thanks so much in advance for any help you could offer.
